Important Notes Before Booking

Booking Deposit: RM50 is required to secure your slot (Deposit is non-refundable). Balance is payable upon check-in.
Final price depends on cat weight, coat condition, and temperament.
Please inform us if your cat has skin issues, fungus, flea, or earmites.
For cat hotel stays, please inform us if your cat has special needs.
Early booking is highly recommended, especially during holidays.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, advance booking is recommended to check grooming or cat hotel availability and ensure we can prepare the best space for your cat. A deposit of RM50 is required to secure your slot.

Is the grooming price fixed?

Prices start from the listed package rates. The final price may vary depending on your cat's weight, hair length, coat condition (like severe matting), and temperament.

What is the difference between Basic, Medicated, and Premium Grooming?

Basic Grooming is suitable for regular maintenance. Medicated Grooming includes anti-flea, fungus, or hair loss treatment. Premium Grooming includes Olive shampoo & conditioner for a silky coat, plus paw and bum trims.

Do you provide Lion Cut?

Yes, Lion Cut is available from RM100 (without bath) and can also be combined with any of our grooming packages for a complete makeover.

What is included in the cat hotel service?

Cat hotel stays include clean cat litter, filtered water, unlimited snack sticks, a fully air-conditioned room with proper ventilation, daily cage sanitization, daily playtime, and daily photo/video updates.

How many cats can fit in the Deluxe Suite & Classic Cage?

The Suite is spacious and comfortable for up to 10 cats. The Classic and Deluxe Cage are comfortable for up to 2 cats per room.
